Aleksandra Shulevska is an architect, based in Berlin, Germany. She is a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects and holds a Master’s degree from DIA – Dessau International Graduate School of Architecture.
Her MasterĀ“s thesis (De)constructing Architectural Memory explored architecture as an ideological medium. As a result of this research, she continued working on this topic as one of the authors of the Macedonian national pavilion FreeingSpace, at the 16th International Architecture Exhibition in Venice in 2018.
Aleksandra is interested in the intuitive bodily experience of space and likes to investigate atmospheres and the creation of places as a result of interactions between body and space. Since 2023 she has been researching this topic and developing practical methodologies with students at the TU Dresden as part of her course SPACE+BODY=PLACE.
In 2021 she founded Atelier Shulevska.
